While you are making your purchase, you might think their salesstaff are so helpful and supportive. But just wait until after you've paid. All you'll hear is crickets. We had trouble with everything from their shipping carrier to the mattress cover itself, which began snagging from the moment we got it out of the packaging. We did buy one of the more expensive beds too, so it's not like it's their cheapest model. We also own a Tempurpedic and there's no way you can compare the quality. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and buy the Tempurpedic if you want the best memory foam bed.
I ordered my Angel Bed Riviera Queen... I had absolutely no problems from the start. I ordered the bed online after days of research. The order process was smooth, they said it would be arriving within 6-12 days. I literally got it in 5 days! The packaging was good, the setup was easy, my first nights sleep rocked! Now I have been sleeping on a crap bed, and have been waking up with neck and back pain for a while now. After day 1.. no more pain! Amazing!!!
I have tested the Tempur Pedic mattresses at the stores and loved them, but way too expensive for me. So Angel Beds, was the choice for me. It feels exactly like the Tempur Pedics that I have tried out. So far... Im loving it!
I just dont understand some of the other negative reviews... I highly recommend this bed.
