COOLTAN offers men’s and women’s swimsuits, shorts, shirts and accessories made from Microsol and MicrosolV fabrics. These special fabrics allow UV radiation to pass through, and at the same time wick moisture away from your body. The Product Trends rating: COOLTAN offers an attractive line of tan-through clothing at very reasonable prices. They do not have products for large or tall people; their women’s sizes only run to 15-16, and women’s tall only goes to 5’8”. Men’s XXL is for a 38-39” waist. Other companies do offer tan-through clothing in larger sizes. It’s also important to note that the American Cancer Society recommends everyone use an SPF 15 or higher sunscreen.
